# v1.3 validation

- Backend: 56 tests, 785 assertions, passing (SQLite, PHP 8.3.6). The configuration-specific tests were also rerun after the final configuration audit/active-reviewer guard change.
- Frontend: TypeScript and Vite production build pass.
- Browser: 101 screen/role combinations using mocked API responses, zero JavaScript page errors; direct unauthorized payroll navigation checked. Desktop and narrow-screen form layouts visually inspected. This is not a live end-to-end server test.
- PHP: 223 application/configuration/migration/test files linted, zero syntax failures; final configuration file also exercised by targeted tests.
- Upgrade: isolated SQLite database constructed from v1.2 migrations; new migrations applied and the pre-existing agency record retained. Not representative production-data migration verification.
- Mobile: 26 Dart files parsed/formatted locally; dependencies unavailable, so Flutter analysis, tests, APK/IPA and physical-device verification are NOT claimed. Formatter warnings about the unresolved flutter_lints include are retained.
- MySQL/MariaDB concurrency, live queues/SMTP, backup restoration, recipient filing acceptance, bank/accounting protocol acceptance and mobile device runs remain external gates.
